Order Tracking

Tracking number will be displayed in your order once the order is shipped out. It takes 2-3 working days for processing the orders. . If you don’t receive a tracking number after 3 working days, please contact us. Please include your name and your order number when request a tracking number.

Generally speaking, the tracking info will show on carrier’s site within 2 days after you have the tracking number. But sometimes it takes longer due to bad weather or other unforeseen incidences. If you still can’t track your order online in 3 days after you receive the tracking number, please contact us by including your name and tracking number.
